Getting Better Naturally

Anyway, after Kangen water began to take my pain away
I started walking again along the river trail here in Redding,
CA. About three months ago I also started to ride my
staitionary bike for 30 minutes every other day or
so.
Once I began to build up my walking to 1.5 hrs, I
stopped ridding my bike. I want to do that too but time is
escaping me right now.
The other thing I did about 30 days ago was I started
taking Threelac. It is a natural probiotic remedy and I do
think it's helping me with my cravings.
Here's my thoughts on the hcg diet.
1. If you have stubborn fat in areas you just can't
get it off of, but you are not that overweight, and you eat
well, this diet will help you get that stubborn fat off. I
would recommend it for people like you.
2. If you're like me and have a weight problem, you've
yo-yo dieted a lot, or you have an eating problem and you're
just now thinking of dieting - STOP! Don't do it. You'll
probably be hungry all the time and it will be a horrible way
to lose weight. You most likely will gain it all
back.
What I would recommend instead is that you
find the time to walk or do some sort of exercise like that to
get your metabolism going. Also, try the threelac and see if
that helps your cravings.
I have now lost about 9 lbs. It's taken me
over two months to do it but I eat what I want. I walk 1.5 hrs
a day and I drink Kangen water. I take Threelac daily as
well.
I even eat candy and ice-cream now and
then. I EAT WHAT I WANT. I am trying to cut back on fat because
my cholesterol is high and I need to lower that. But I don't
deprive myself. I try to set my food aside if I'm full and I
don't find myself having those really bad days where I want to
eat and eat and eat and I'm full and still wanting to
eat.
My friend Darlene is struggling on the hcg
diet. She does this diet because it's fast. She loses about a
pound a day. The problem is she never does the three week hcg
diet ending thing. However, I don't believe that is the
problem. She said once she finished this time she will try the
Threelac too. I will try to update this site on how it helps
her.

just because I hate the hcg diet, doesn't mean the hcg diet is
a scam or doesn't work. It just is different for
everyone.
Exercise and eating in moderation I
believe are the answer. Also probiotics. I'm reading a book on
that. And Kangen water too. The Kangen water has helped
eliminate so much pain I just can't begin to tell you what a
