Ionic Foot
Bath
The ionic foot bath cleanse... and what it did
for me. Yes, My Personal Experience with the
Ionic Foot Bath. The ionic foot bath is
actually quite soothing. I started using the
footbath in 2006.

My first attempt was a
flop. I only did it for times over a 4 week
period.
I say the foot bath was a flop because you
can't really experience the ionic foot bath in
just 4 short attempts. However, it can be
expensive. During the time I started my husband
and I also ran into some pretty bad financial
problems and I just couldn't spend the money so
I stopped.
I continued to read about the foot bath and
learned more about how the ions worked and read
about the different types of ionic foot bath
equipment, etc...
One of my good friends has a shop here in
Redding. There are some people who really don't
like the little buzz-like feeling they get when
you place your feet into the bath water when it
is energized, or um... well, hey, there's this
battery on one end that's turned on and it's
attached to metal that sits in the water where
your feet go. There's going to be some buzzing
in there - ya think?
Yet, they now have ionic foot baths without the
buzz, go figure!
However, I will tell you that if you are going
to wimp out and get the one's without the buzz,
you are missing out on a bit of extra energy
into your cells.
That's what it's all
about.
